We provide general garden maintenance, hedge cutting and hedge laying, tree and shrub pruning, planting, lawn care and seasonal tidy-ups. If you have something a bit different in mind, pop it in your enquiry and we’ll see if we can help.

Both. We can do a one-off clear-up before a special occasion, or set up a regular visit (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) to keep everything looking neat all year round.

Prices are based on garden size, access, and the type of work needed. Once you tell us roughly how big the garden is and what you’d like done, we’ll give you an estimate and confirm the price before any work goes ahead.

Not necessarily. As long as we can safely access the garden and have agreed the work in advance, you don’t need to be at home. Many regular customers are at work while we carry out their visits.

Light waste can often be left in a compost area or green bin if you have one. Larger amounts of waste removal can usually be arranged for an additional charge, which we’ll discuss with you beforehand.

Yes, we bring our own professional tools for each job. If there’s anything specific on site you’d prefer us to use (for example, your own mower), just mention it when you book.

Yes, Petals & Prunes holds public liability insurance for gardening work, giving you peace of mind while we are on your property.

Light rain usually doesn’t stop us, but very wet or unsafe conditions (strong winds, storms, ice) may mean we need to reschedule. If that happens, we’ll contact you as early as possible to arrange another suitable time.
